I was in the market for a new car and was interested in the Rogue. My problem was I had a budget and no time to visit showrooms and had to shop by phone. I had called a number of different dealers in my area, trying to get quotes, etc. This was not easy they all would not give any info and said I had to come in, one dealer on rt 46 west who says they make buying fun even hung up on me twice. Then I called Ramsey Nissan and they transferred me to Samir Aly, He was very professional and friendly right from the start. He understood my problem. He asked me a few questions took my information and said he would call me back. Within a few minutes I received a email and a call back with the info I needed. He had 3 quotes for me one for each different model. He did not pressure me into making a decision right there and then. After thinking about it for a day Samir Aly called me back to see if there was anything else he could do to make my buying decision easier, and he did. The next day I was at Ramsey Nissan to pick up my new Rogue. Samir again was very helpful, taking care of all the paperwork, my trade-in and going over every inch of the car with me explaining all the features and how everything worked.
