I had my car in for 30k service. When returned to me I noticed that the engine hunts for the correct idle speed fluctuating between 1500 and 1800 rpms at initial start up the next day as it was colder. noticed that the engine hunts for the correct idle speed fluctuating between 1500 and 1800 rpms at initial start up the next day as it was colder. Car was brought back to Ramsey Nissan on 9/11 and left for 2 days in order for them to find the cause. From documentation provided it was escalated to Nissan Tech Line and they recommended changing oil to Ester Oil and that Nissan has this concern under investigation. Alan also mentioned that Nissan was aware of problem prior to his being in contact with them. Now the issue occurs at any temperature occuring and Michael Convertino suggests that car not be placed in gear till RPMS go to normal about 1000 More

Even the closing (Chingas) was low pressure and easy. They won me over.
