The best car-buying experience! We started looking for a new car not really knowing what we wanted. We made our way to Ralph Hayes Toyota where we found Scott Osborn who introduced us to Tom Meilinger. We picked 3 different cars to drive and consider over the course of 3 days. We finally made a decision on a 2015 Kia Sorento. Tom worked with us on our trade-in, he answered all of our questions, he let us drive each vehicle as much as we felt like we needed to and he even let Scott, who works in Service, drive the Sorento for us so that Scott could give us a good feeling about the overall health of the vehicle before we committed. Tom was very patient with us, very easy to work with and is the first car salesman I have worked with that I would recommend to someone else. I felt like Tom and Scott worked to get me the best deal, but more importantly, worked to make me feel good about my overall experience starting with the test drive all the way to financing. Saleman was great...finance guys were unreliable! We had a great salesman - Jeff Blankenberg! FIVE STARS We knew exactly which two cars we wanted to look at and he took us right to them. He answered all of our questions and gave us more information on them then we really wanted to know. We qualified for Toyota's student rebate and practically had to educate the finance department on the terms and conditions. We had to ask for the sales fees to be removed because they were to be included in the cost. And expect to pay an additional $300 for a signature pinstripe - whether you want it or not because it is their "signature." More
