I had been searching around for awhile for the right vehicle and wanted to trade my CRV in before I moved. When I saw the price, I couldn't disregard it. I immediately emailed Ralph Hayes and I got an email the next morning from David Bowman. My experience with him was amazing. He went above and beyond for me. We contacted each other back and forth before I decided to drive down to Anderson to work out a deal for the Escape. We had a couple speed bumps in between working out a deal, but who doesn't? All about patience. The whole process went pretty smoothly overall. We worked out a deal and I drove away with my new 2014 Ford Escape. I strongly suggest if you're in search for a vehicle, go see David Bowman. You won't be disappointed. He tells you how it is, easy to talk to and very friendly overall. The only thing I wish I could have is the owners manual and a second key to my vehicle. Since it's on the pricey side to get a replica for.. Ralph Hayes Toyota is the best! Went to my local toyota dealership to see if they could match the price on a new 2015 4runner limited I found online being sold at Ralph Hayes.
