I am still waiting for 6 months to have the heated sit on the driver's side of my car fixed. The part somehow, never comes in. This is inexcusable. I have bought the car to Rallye, 3 times, and each time, the driver's side of my car fixed. The part somehow, never comes in. This is inexcusable. The labor was very expensive, even if my car need it only pods and sensor changes they told me to change the rotors too. As I was driving away today, I was literally thinking about how seamless and easy it is to work with Rallye, and especially Rob Carlson. Rob is professional, knowledgeable, so kind and funny! Poor customer service. Ramiro is not helpful at all as a service advisor. Does the bare minimum. Dropped my car for service at 830 am and was notified by Ramiro at 3 pm tha Ramiro is not helpful at all as a service advisor. Does the bare minimum. Dropped my car for service at 830 am and was notified by Ramiro at 3 pm that the car was not seen and would need to stay overnight or I can pick it back up. No shuttle offered back from my job to get the car. I had to pay an Uber to go pick it up to get home since a loaner wasn’t even offered. Again I went back for service, and was assigned Ramiro. Their systems were down. I received a loaner and car was of course done same day. Two weeks later my check engine light is on and the car is sluggish and felt dangerous to drive. I dropped the car at 8 30 am and 3 pm no updates from Ramiro. No estimated wait time. Nothing. No loaner. This dealership is one of the worst I’ve encountered. I’ve had service at other Mercedes dealerships in the past we well as bmw service centers and never had this type of experience. I am not sure if to blame the dealership or the advisor at this point for a lack of follow through. More

I wouldn't purchase or service a vehicle anywhere else, and I live 300 miles away. More
