Russ was very helpful, answered all my questions and went over the work to be done and when I came to pick up the car, he went over the work that was done and told me when to make my next appointment. I had two tires blow out on my car on an unpaved road (and unlighted road and I WAS driving cautiously and slowly). It was in an area where there was no cell service and I made the choice to drive home (and unlighted road and I WAS driving cautiously and slowly). It was in an area where there was no cell service and I made the choice to drive home as it was dark. I called roadside the following morning and they dispatched a tow truck to pick up my car. It was brought to Rallye where the vehicle was purchased (sales people are amazing, too!). When the car was dropped off, I was immediately contacted by the service dept and they informed me they had the tires. They also told me if the car could not be fixed by 3:30, they would arrange a loaner vehicle. Within two hours the tires were replaced and arrangements were made for me to pick up the car in the sales showroom if I was not able to get to the service dept prior to closing. (It was a Saturday and they closed at 4pm). I was without my car for less than three hours. The service dept went above and beyond to replace the tires and make sure my rims were not damaged. Great experience, as usual. Rallye is the epitome of professionalism on every level. More

Russ is a pleasure to work with. His customer service is excellent and personal. I found it unusual to require a replacement of the fuel line, as a result of my check engine light on,since my car is a 2005 excellent and personal. I found it unusual to require a replacement of the fuel line, as a result of my check engine light on,since my car is a 2005 C240 with 48000 miles and not covered under warranty. I do appreciate the discount given to me. Also a disappointment is that both the interior top door handles have come out of the socket. Mercedes has a reputation of producing well built cars. I am the only driver and most of the time in the car by myself and take pride in the appearance of my car. This and previos cars ahve always been serviced by Rallye. This has not been repaired as I did not want to incur another expense. Thank you for the opportunity to voice my thoughts. Carole Eskalyo More

We scheduled an appointment for our Mercedes Sprinter a week ago for standard "B"service and wheel alignment. We arrived for our 7am appointment and were told it might take 4 hours. After 4 hours we were i week ago for standard "B"service and wheel alignment. We arrived for our 7am appointment and were told it might take 4 hours. After 4 hours we were informed they did not have a gas filter so that could not be done and the wheel alignment would be done shortly. We were constantly told "almost" from 4 hours to 7 hours. I have never been so insulted with the excuses and lies. The last time we had this same service done on the vehicle in Alaska it only took 2.5 hours. More

There was an intermittent noise when the car accelerated from zero to ten miles/hour. They go it it fixed even though it took three attempts. The net results were excellent.
