Bad svices, overcharged and job not done at all!!!!!!! Room For Improvement First Visit: May 2019. Issue: 1) Cabin whistling Noise from passenger rear. 2) when stowed in trunk, Glass Roof would not automatically lift to allow First Visit: May 2019. Issue: 1) Cabin whistling Noise from passenger rear. 2) when stowed in trunk, Glass Roof would not automatically lift to allow access to items in trunk. Result: Both issues resolved. However, it took 5 days before vehicle was even “looked at” and 9 days before it was ready for pick up. Disclosure: Price of Service was discounted. Also, vehicle was returned with cabin whistling noise stemming from passenger side loose rubber seal in A-pillar. Question: Why would that not be relayed to customer. Especially, given that vehicle was brought in as a result of cabin noise. Second Visit: June 2019. Issue: A-pillar noise described above. Result: Resolved. Note: Personnel are wonderful: 1) Advisor, 2) host, 3) Rental person, 4) valets, 5) mechanic. I would return and recommend. However, there is room to improve given above experience. More
