Rallye sets the benchmark for the excellence as Mercedes motto says " the best or nothing" which Rallye really does come through. I call Anthony the 7 foot giant and he is very familiar with my family and treats us like family by always taking the time to explain things and make the whole shopping experience comfortable, pleasant, always patient, personable, friendly, and informative. I was the only one in the family who drove a non Mercedes vehicle and after switching over, I can understand why my family is only Mercedes oriented because Mercedes Benz is the trendsetter for the automotive industry. Rallye is exceptional in customer service, friendly people, and very warm. On the day of delivery, Jennifer Broach gave me a tour of the vehicle on how things worked. In addition when I was in Georgia, I contacted Jennifer and she walked me through on how to set up the Bluetooth and I said to myself, WOW....awesome! I drove a few cars before finding out which one I wanted and then I saw the one in the showroom which is mine now and it has practically everything I can ask for and then some others I never imagined. Am now a Mercedes devotee....Thank You Anthony and Jennifer :) GO RALLYE!!!! More

Sales experience with Stephen Paladino at Mercedes (Rallye) From the moment I even began considering purchasing a Mercedes GLE, to the moment I drove it out of the parking lot, Stephen Paladino was forthcoming, From the moment I even began considering purchasing a Mercedes GLE, to the moment I drove it out of the parking lot, Stephen Paladino was forthcoming, dedicated, and confident without being "pushy" or professing to know it all, as so many others in sales can be in my past experiences. Stephen maintained a consistent high level of professionalism, took time, and was patient with my questions (I had many being this was my first Mercedes purchase). He never made me feel any question I had being a novice about cars in general was irrelevant or stupid. Although he was patient and open, he also possessed a confidence that made me certain that I made the right decision for myself and my family. His love and knowledge of the Mercedes brand was evident. Not only was Stephen an expert in the technological aspects of the vehicles, he also knew how to proceed with each and every step of the purchase itself and provided consultation and guidance with my desire to trade in my previous car (which also happened to be purchased at another Rallye dealership). Speaking of Rallye, it is nearly impossible to contemplate the idea of working with any other dealership after purchasing or servicing your vehicle with a Rallye dealership. Their customer service is beyond reproach and in a league of its own. Stephen fits in very well with the Rallye family. Stephen made me feel proud and excited to be the owner of my first Mercedes (even with it being slightly used). He worked with me in terms of ensuring I was receiving the best possible financial offer as well. unsatisfied I had purchased my vehicle at a different dealer but utilize Rallye for geographical convenience. I have been serviced at rallye at least 5x and have I had purchased my vehicle at a different dealer but utilize Rallye for geographical convenience. I have been serviced at rallye at least 5x and have never left w/out being told that my car requires additional work, at a significant cost, which was unanticipated upon arrival. while i understand that this can validly occur on occasion it is difficult to accept it validly occurs each and every time I bring the car in. insult to injury, the quarters I keep in the ashtray for parking meters were gone following my last visit, not a huge deal, and THAT had never happened before. as HELMS brothers routinely sends service discount notifications that rallye does not, I will be visiting HELMS for my next service More
