All I needed was a new key. I was not told it was a two day visit. There is no reason a need an in person service call to ask for a key, then a second day service call while the I was not told it was a two day visit. There is no reason a need an in person service call to ask for a key, then a second day service call while they program the key. $500 for a key is ridiculous, the another $300 to program it is nonsense. No one stood at a computer for an hour. There is no way it took an hour to program a key. More
