Within one week of owning a certified preowned 2018 GLS 450, I took it to another Mercedes Dealer for service. One lift arm on the lift gate was damaged and needed replacement, the auxiliary battery needed 450, I took it to another Mercedes Dealer for service. One lift arm on the lift gate was damaged and needed replacement, the auxiliary battery needed to be replaced (the Eco start stop function did not work), and the engine air filters were very dirty and clogged with debris. The car should not have been sold as a certified vehicle in this condition. Whoever did the certification on this vehicle did a very poor job. The car is otherwise OK and the people I dealt with were very nice, but the preowned certification process they have needs improvement. More
