NYS inspection, price was right, staff cordial, service fast My car was due for an inspection and I had just received a coupon from Rallye for a free inspection. Nice circumstance - an advisor who I had dealt with in the past saw me after finishing with another customer. Chy came over to me, called me by name and checked to make certain everything was okay. Needed a tire due to a blowout I was happy to receive a loaner car and a new tire the same day. They worked with me regarding keeping price competitive. Customer service is lacking We have been customers of Rallye BMW for quite a few years....these last 3 yers with t5hem and service on our M4 has been anything but great. This l We have been customers of Rallye BMW for quite a few years....these last 3 yers with t5hem and service on our M4 has been anything but great. This last experience made me jump for joy that I leased a car from another dealership, and that I NEVER have to go back to Rallye. Because our car is going back, and we were not releasing from them, I felt that the response to me about dealing with a tire/rim issue, that I took insurance for, was not dealt with properly. The customer service rep spent more time and energy on showing me pings and things on the car that were issues that I was NOT there for. I felt like I was being set up for unnecessary body work, and NOT being helped with my bent rim! 2 years ago we had an issue with a tire.....they said the nsurance would not pay for a tire, but they would repair it. When I went to get the car, I was given the wrong paper work...ther paperwork, where in black and white it showed they had gotten an ok for a tire for the insurance company, but, apparently they were keeping it for themselves........if that isn’t proof that they are liars and that they are so full of it. When I started yelling abut that’s tire, they said, oh that’s not your paperwork. I said I know, now give me the tire! So, after this past experience with the rim, which they wanted to repair for me, but that they CLAIMED the insurance wouldn’t pay for brought back memories of their past Lie, so I picked up the car and took. It to someone that I could trust. I look forward to returning the car! More

ANNUAL SERVICE ALWAYS A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE, HOWEVER AFTER GAS CAP WAS REPLACED, SENSOR FOR GAS APPEARED. ALL SENSORS ON DASHBOARD SHOULD BE CHECKED BEFORE CUSTOMER ALWAYS A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE, HOWEVER AFTER GAS CAP WAS REPLACED, SENSOR FOR GAS APPEARED. ALL SENSORS ON DASHBOARD SHOULD BE CHECKED BEFORE CUSTOMER IS SENT HOME. MY SENSOR WILL NOW BE ON UNTIL MY NEXT SERVICE TRIP. ALSO, I HAVE DING PROTECTION BUT WAS NOT TOLD PRIOR TO ARRIVING THAT I HAD TO LEAVE MY CAR ALL DAY FOR PHOTOS TO SUBMIT TO INSURANCE, SO I WILL HAVE TO RETURN FOR ANOTHER VISIT. I INDICATED THIS TO BE ONE OF THE REASONS THAT I WAS BRINGING IN CAR WHEN I COMPLETED THE ONLINE APPOINTMENT. More
