Service Rep Ky Wiggens was first rate I have owned almost 20 BMW cars over the years. My experience with Mr Wiggens was exceptional. His attention to detail, and refrain from any press I have owned almost 20 BMW cars over the years. My experience with Mr Wiggens was exceptional. His attention to detail, and refrain from any pressure or alarm is commendable. . But most importantly, he returned my car in tip top shape as promised-- with an attitude that was refreshing. The absolute finest dealership I have interacted with. I am familiar with, after purchase, new vehicle care as my last four luxury cars were Lexus LS class. I will say the Lexus dealership I purchased all four cars from did a respectable job. "Respectable" but not great. I discovered what great was when I brought my first BMW.to my dealer for service. I purchased a new 640 IX convertible from Rallye BMW. in Westbury NY. During the time spent with the salesman he made it clear: "Rallye will always be there when needed regardless of the problem." Okay, that's what every good, new car salesperson, is supposed to say. I've heard that spiel every time I bought a new car and I have bought many. My first dealership need was with the complicated (For me) high tech computer generated system that must be learned to make just about every working part...work.. My wife and I spent more then our fair share of time at the dealership being instructed by an in house Genius. Very patient and competent instructors. Then came another issue caused by a glitch with the computer which was corrected after a required call was made to a BMW specialist., that problem was going to take several days so my service coordinator made a 750 series loaner available for that time. Again, special attention from the dealership and my service coordinator.. Frank Trotta cared. Now for the final, "Bottom line" over the top new car dealership experience.: All 640 I class cars come with low profile nineteen inch tires. Not good! Not the dealers fault. On my second visit to the dealership for a car wash I was told one of my tires had a bubble in the sidewall. What, a bubble, I never had a bubble in a tire before and I don't have a thousand miles on my car yet. Sure enough, there was a rather large bubble. What do I do now? I asked for advise regarding my options and was told I definitely needed a new tire. Okay, how much? $540 out the door. What, $540 for a tire? That's when I discovered I had run flat tires which are very expensive. Okay do it. Over the next 9 months I had 2 blowouts and another bubble. One blowout when I was on vacation and I could not fine a BMW dealership or anyone else that had a run flat tire for my car. I had to purchase a regular tire for $225 which I needed to replace. with a run flat. I absolutely needed 4 run flat tires because my vehicle has no spare tire. When I returned home I was besides myself. I love this car but I can't afford to drive it because of the tires. What do I do now? As a last resort I called Rallye and asked to speak to a service manager. I was transferred to Mr Carlson I explained the reason I called and he told me he was familiar with that tire issue on the 6 series. He said he would explain my dilemma to his boss, Mr. Larry Powell and I would receive a call from him. Mr Powell returned my call and I explained my tire issue. He asked me to come in with my receipts for the replacement tires. which I did. The next day he called again and asked when I could bring my car in for new tires....What new tires? .Mr. Fitzgerald the problem is with the low profile tires on your car. I will replace them with eighteen inch full profile tires on the required rims. That should solve your problem. .. Thank you I need the peace of mind. Just let me know how much that will cost. Well Mr. Larry Powell did more then I would ever hope for. He replaced all four tires with eighteen inch full side wall tires at no cost to me and he told me to keep the eighteen inch tires and rims.. . I have never heard of any dealership going into their pocket to the tune of about $ 5,000 to make a customer happy. Rallye BMW did that for me because they care. Since that day, which was over three years ago, I haven't had a tire problem. Mr Carlson knew who was in a position to "Do what needed to be done to make me happy". His referral to Larry Powell and he fulfilled the promise made by my sales person when he said "Rallye stands behind our vehicles and we will do whatever it takes to correct a problem" My wife used two words to describe her feelings: WOW!!! and Unbelievable!!! Now, four years later, I couldn't be more happy with my BMW dealership and I have just purchased an extended four year warranty at Rallye.. More

I needed a quick oil change, and I got it. Getting ready for an overseas trip left me very busy and not much extra time. My BMW 340 X-Drive needed an oil change. I called Rallye and they set me up for the next day and told me the service would take 90 minutes.. I came in at the scheduled time. They took the car in and offered my wife and I complimentary cookies, bagels, water etc. Ninety minutes later I got a call on my cell phone telling me the car was ready. The service was done, fluids topped off and the car washed and vacuumed. What else could you ask? More

Amazing. Everytime! Brett Hines, my service advisor has always taken care of me the past 4 years, whether it be with my old BMW or the new one we purchased. Service time Brett Hines, my service advisor has always taken care of me the past 4 years, whether it be with my old BMW or the new one we purchased. Service time is always in and out - I ask for a loaner and they are super great about providing one (no questions asked). I love the feature of knowing our names and information as soon as we pull up, which means less waiting around. I have dealt with plenty of dealerships, and Rallye BMW has always lived up to its great reputation!!!! I love the brand and love this dealership even more! More
