Len made me feel comfortable, he took the time out to listen to what I wanted to buy and my budget. He didn't make me feel like he was just trying to make a sale. Len also followed up once I bought the BMW to make sure that everything was good and I was happy. The service from Len and Rallye was excellent. I recommended my friend to Len because of the excellent customer service. Then to top it off, After purchasing my new BMW, I had to take it in for a issue with my alarm and I have to say it was the best, best service I have ever experienced in all the years of driving. I was in and out of Rallye service department with a loaner in no time and before the day was out my car was fixed and ready to be picked up. More
