Far beyond my expectations BMW has always been my vehicle of choice however, I have never owned new. In the past my preference was always to engage in private party sales from fellow BMW enthusiasts who take exceptional care of their cars like I do. There was also that fear of dealerships due to bad experiences others have had and posted/lamented about on the BMW forum(s). Having said that, I am here to tell you that Gabriel Hale put all my fears to rest. He listened thoroughly to my requirements and secured ample time for us to test drive vehicles, discuss buying options, and crunch the numbers. What most impressed me about Gabriel was his pro-activity and knowledge of the process. He promised eight weeks to deliver and by god he meant it. I received my vehicle eight weeks to the day of leaving a down payment, which surprised me actually because usually these types of things always slip to the right. I could go on and on about how great this experience was and how happy I am with the car but the poignant point I want to emphasis is Gabriel's communication skills and customer service. At no point throughout this process did I feel left in the dark or clueless about the status of my vehicle. Hats off to Gabriel and the Rallye staff for making this transition a seamless one for me. It has only been four days but I am totally in love with my 550i xdrive. For the past four days the highlight day has been my commute to and from work. He knew exactly what we wanted and had everything prepared for us when we walked into the showroom the day we were there to discuss our new vehicles. While Rich wasn't the only team meber involved, he put us in very capable hands for test drives and technical walk throughs of the new vehicles. Robert's customer service, patience, and attention to detail validated my decision to switch dealership. Robert worked with me to downselect between M235, X4, and 335. He showed great patience throughout my decision process and even reminded me what I was looking for, steering me away from emotional buy (M235). Robert even maintained that professionalism after the sales was completed. He was able to work with me to get the vehicle i want delivered within a week. Everything was ready to go once we came to pick is up and we love the genous service to review all the options the vehicle has. When I bought my 528 a couple of years ago he made the process as easy as possible and spent time to ensure we picked the right car. It was a CPO and 50,000 miles later it's running as smiooth as when I bought it. Frank Trotta is our service advisor and takes great care of us when we come in. Becca john and Jose are also fantastic when checking in for service or getting a loaner care. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgable and I trully feel everyone care about my visit every visit. WE LOVE OUR BMW's and I look forward to my next purchase in a few years. More

We traveled over 2 hours to purchase the car and they allowed us to do a lot in advance so my husband was in and out on pick up day in well under 2 hours. The car was immaculate and ready for him when he arrived. The finance department was easy to work with and the manager, Gabe Haim, was able to get him exactly the car he wanted at the price that he wanted. We would highly recommend Rallye BMW to anyone looking for an excellent experience when purchasing their next BMW. 5 Stars all around! More
