People always are the heart of any dealership. They all really do care and it shows in the way they walk you thru each and every step of the process of buying (and servicing) a BMW. really do care and it shows in the way they walk you thru each and every step of the process of buying (and servicing) a BMW. I had a great experience at Rallye. This was our sixth BMW, but only our first at Rallye. Luis delivered the exact car I wanted. He even came in on his day off to deliver my car to me. It was a painles BMW, but only our first at Rallye. Luis delivered the exact car I wanted. He even came in on his day off to deliver my car to me. It was a painless and very pleasant process. I would recommend Luis and the Rallye team to anyone. I'm sure number seven will be at Rallye. More
purchased a bmw 1m coupe via european delivery. was sent to salesman who "specialized" in european delivery, and quite frankly, ihad to inform him of many facets of the program. he knew nothing of the germa to salesman who "specialized" in european delivery, and quite frankly, ihad to inform him of many facets of the program. he knew nothing of the germany winter tire requirement.nor of airfare specials offered by bmw, amongst others. he quoted me a price on my trade and told me it was good for two months. at the 2 month mark, i asked him if i should bring the car in for trade, and he told me not to worry about it, we have time. i then brought in the car when he called me and told me to do so,a t which point he told me that value had decreased $500.00, but don't worry "i will make good on it". He did in fact make good on it, but it was not a pleasant way to conduct business. i picked up the car in munich and had a wonderful experience there. i dropped off the car in hamburg, where a thorough inspection was performed on the vehicle. i picked up the car at rallye, and was given the final charges for dmv and extras purchased, and low and behold, the number was incorrect. i mentioned this to joel who recalculated, came up with another number. i looked at this number quizzically, and he started to get a little angry with me when i told him it was still incorrect.on the third attempt the number was finally correct. he then hurriedly handed me off to a fellow who showed customers how to use the various features of the car. Joel didn't go over anything with me including servicing intervals, warranty info etc. Terrance the fellow handling the features on the car was excellent. i was not well versed concerning the i-drive on the car, and terrance was more than patient with me.As i was figuring out how to use the features on the car, my main gripe with Joel occurred. All the previous issues were very minor, and would have been overlooked.my wife looked over the car, and noticed a large paint chip on the hood of the car. she kind of panicked when i told her to relax, it's not a problem, i'm sure Rallye will take care of it. At this point joel had entered the area and quite sternly pronounced "Bradley, you drove the car in Germany, it's not our problem anymore". not quite believing what i heard, i asked Joel if he had seen the condition report after i dropped the car off in Hamburg for shipment to the USA.Again he replied condescendingly,"bradley, you drove the car in germany, it's not our problem". He then informed my wife that he saw the chip prior to us picking up the car but said nothing about it to us. at that point i asked to see the manager. i explained the situation to the manager, Gabriel Haim, who asked me if i had the condition report. I replied" yes, but it was at home.if someone had told me there was an issue, i certainly would have brought it in, but don't you have a copy of it?". Quizzically, he said no, the dealer does not get a copy of the condition report, so he asked for me to please bring in my copy, and if the report is clean we will take care of it. This was the correct way to handle the situation. i brought in the condition report later that afternoon, and was told that Gabe was with a client, so i left the report with a note attached to the report to call my cell as soon as he received the report. That call came 2 days later from Joel , who told me in cool calculating voice," we looked at the condition report, and rallye will fix the paint chip" I brought the car in 2 days later, and the chip was fixed. To add insult to injury, when i returned the loaner car and went to pick up my car, i was told by service representative "we have no record of you bringing in your car or who you are" I told them i just received a call from the body shop and that they would drive it to the dealership so it must be here.45 minutes later after going to another sales manager Michael Corssen, my car was finally located. It just seemed like the left arm didn't know what the right arm was doing. There are many BMW dealers within a 10 mile radius of my house, and honestly, i can't see why anyone would not check them out first More
This is my first Bimmer experience as I come as a 15 year Audi devote..I must say the dealership was impressive...Large, clean and full of new and used inventory..I found the CPO X5 on line and pretty much s Audi devote..I must say the dealership was impressive...Large, clean and full of new and used inventory..I found the CPO X5 on line and pretty much secured the car price and trade for my Audi over the web...As it got time to pick up my car my sales person was almost impossible to get on the phone to speak person to person...When I finally did, I arranged to pick up my car with a 10 am appointment...I was assured the car would be ready and I would only have to be at the dealer for less than one hour as I had to return to NYC for work by noon...When i got there, to my surprise, the car wasn't even detailed or prepped for my allotted pick up time of 10 am...I waited at least 45 minutes for the paperwork for the purchase to be brought to my salespersons desk..I reluctantly did all the paper work for the purchase without ever physically seeing my car!!!..About 1 hour after that, my car was ready for me to see in person for the first time...I was happy with choice but, you could tell the detail job was done in haste, not the way I thought a CPO car should have been presented...After my sales person whisked me down to the car pickup area I was greeted with someone else who would familiarize me with the car...My salesmen, i guess, went back to his desk...I never saw him again...I've now owned my CPO X5 for almost a month and I'm still waiting for registration and a rebate check of $250.... After repeated phone calls to my sales person and no replies (email or phone) I’ve decided to try and different route and go directly to the finance department....Hopefully I’ll have better results there. Amazing service. Friendly staff. Didn't feel like I was going to get ripped off like at Habberstad BMW. I didn't have to wait very long for my car to be serviced which was nice. going to get ripped off like at Habberstad BMW. I didn't have to wait very long for my car to be serviced which was nice. I hear and read good things about this dealership but they don't seem to want to sell or make deals. Funny I thought car dealerships are suppose to sell you cars. Came in to look at a CPO BMW, took a tes they don't seem to want to sell or make deals. Funny I thought car dealerships are suppose to sell you cars. Came in to look at a CPO BMW, took a test drive, then time to make a deal or so I thought. I gave a reasonable number he came down a bit but then I hit a brick wall, he said I can't go any lower. What no more negotiating, no counter offer in this economy, recession, WOW. I don't get it but like they say plenty of fish in the sea but I'll keep an eye out to see how quickly this car sells. I can only guess that eric was holding out on the higher price for a higher commission. Only time will tell but I hope to find my new BMW soon so I can drive back and show him I was serious. Save your time and go somewhere else and buy your BMW. More

I have always felt welcomed at Rallye but this prospect of picking out a replacement when my lease was up was daunting. Bill Wagner made the experiene very easy and welcomed me and my adult children as I of picking out a replacement when my lease was up was daunting. Bill Wagner made the experiene very easy and welcomed me and my adult children as I pondered "sizing down" from an X5-X3. My test drive was fun and my decision easy all because of Bill. Meeting with Mohammed was easy no pressure as we finalized everything prior to pick up of my new car. It was so smooth I even emailed him after to thank him. Although there were computer issues at pick up I was so excited it was of no concern. I was greeted by name when I returned after the computer glitches were fixed. My time was valuable and Bill gave me options rahter than have me sit and wait. My 2012 X-3 was delivered in excellent condition and I AM LOVING the car so much I'm offering to do "errands" for others!!! More
