When I walked into Rallye, I was skeptical that anyone could treat me better than the competitive brand's dealership with whom I had been working for years. I was fortunate to have been assigned Shane as my advisor. At the outset, it was evident that he had my best interests at heart and was not self-seeking as so many in his field are. Very quickly he won my confidence and eventually my loyalty. I believe in long term relationships and it was clear that I could develop one with Shane, and that we would be working together for a long time and not just on a single transaction. Shane is the consummate professional. He knows his product, his service, his company, and BMW, but first he gets to know his customer. Then he worked harder than anyone to meet all my needs and satisfy all my expectations. Over time, I felt that a partnership was developing and the transaction became secondary, which gave me more confidence in the transaction. Ordering the car, order status, pre-delivery paperwork, and delivery went so smoothly that enjoying the car without worry from the first drive was the only thing that mattered. The entire Rallye team, led by Shane, coordinated every aspect like a well trained, professional team--and when one is driving a machine such as this, it becomes vitality important to know one has this kind of backing and support.
