He is the only salesman I trust, so much so, that I sent my mother to him for her X3 lease. He has a great attention to detail and walked me through the entire process from start to finish. He even followed up with me to make sure I was enjoying the car. I've been to other dealerships and nothing compared to the sales or service of Rallye BMW. When it came time to purchase a BMW I went back to Peter. He spent time listening to what I was looking for and made sure to get me the best rate, even if it meant staying late. I walked out feeling confident in my decision to purchase the X5 diesel and knowing I got the best deal. It was all about themselves My initial experience was good but as I went to pick up my car it was all down hill. I was hounded by my salesman to get my insurance in acting like i My initial experience was good but as I went to pick up my car it was all down hill. I was hounded by my salesman to get my insurance in acting like it was my fault and called repeatedly at work. They abused my trade in Porsche right infront of my which really makes me not want to service my car there again. After I gave them some feedback on how they should act infront of a customer I found boogers in my cupholder and smeared along the Idrive knob, windshield and center channel speaker cover. I was very unimpressed with my process. More
