**Revised: 3 weeks after we purchased our car, we received a bill in the mail for $1500. Per Ross, we had expected a bill of no more than 3-400 for minor scratches on our car that we were trading in received a bill in the mail for $1500. Per Ross, we had expected a bill of no more than 3-400 for minor scratches on our car that we were trading in. Had we known we were going to receive a $1500 bill for barely any damages, this would have definitely changed our decision. After we spoke to Ross about it, he asked us to follow up with BMW ourselves - very disappointed!! I would have expected better transparency into expected costs or at a minimum, help with resolving the unfounded charges with BMW. We came in on a weekday night right before closing but Ross was more than happy to accommodate us. We came in planning on leasing but ended up financing a certified preowned 335 because of the great deal he was able to offer us. Ross was patient going through all of the different options with us and provided excellent customer service. We couldn't be happier with our new ride! More
