Service visit I brought my car in due to a punctured tire on a Saturday. Brandon informed me that they did not have the replacement tire in stock and that my car w I brought my car in due to a punctured tire on a Saturday. Brandon informed me that they did not have the replacement tire in stock and that my car would be ready on Monday. I was provided with a loaner car. Within two hours Brandon called to inform me that they got the tire and my car was ready to be picked up. Excellent service. More

He took the car in immediately. An hour or so later he came to me & explained that it was actually the Battery. He replaced it, checked the car out and said I was good to go. Thanks to Bret I feel comfortable & my wife and I will enjoy our vacation. More

Air condition system check I brought my 6 month old truck into service because the air conditioning system did not feel like it was operating at full capacity. I have an x3 and I brought my 6 month old truck into service because the air conditioning system did not feel like it was operating at full capacity. I have an x3 and my husband has an x5 and there is a major difference between our two cars. My x3 does not seem to cool the car as powerful or efficiently as our x5. The side vents barely push out air and the center vents push out cool air better, but still not as cool as I believe they should be. A full test was done on the car and I was told that it is operating at full air power and no adjustments were needed. However, I still feel like there is a major difference between our 2 BMW trucks. Oil change service and inspection I had made an appointment for an oil change and inspection. I was greeted as always with smiles and friendly faces. While I waited in the lounge, the I had made an appointment for an oil change and inspection. I was greeted as always with smiles and friendly faces. While I waited in the lounge, the service rep ( a woman, sorry don't remember her name) advised that some items (brake fluid flush, etc.) needed to be done. Additionally they discovered one of my tires had a bubble on it and needed to be replaced. I appreciate that my car was fully checked out and that other items were brought to my attention. First rate service that I have come to expect at Rallye. I also met with Nick Soldo to pick out my next BMW. More
