An Amazing and Straight Forward Car Buying Experience My mother had been in the market for a certified pre owned BMW 5 series. When it came to numbers and paperwork everything was disclosed never a single hidden fee uncommon in this day and age with car dealership. Wheel Alignment Problem Fixed. Denise is simply outstanding. First off, she is the most realest and herself service advisor out there. Some other people give off that "acting too professional" vibe but shes both genuinely professional and funny at the same time. Anyways long story short, Ive had a wheel alignment problem with my car for a long time. After explaining to her my long history of other shops that botched my alignment and etc, she went above and beyond to make sure she can help me to resolve the issue. She even brought out the foreman to help. In conclusion, my alignment is finally fixed and corrected and it couldn't be done without her dedication. Thanks again to Denise, the mechanic and foreman.
