I have very specific requirements about how the car is handled (no wash, no test drive, and dont look at the car for more than 3 seconds consecutively). As an enthusiast, I could never see myself taking my car to anyone BUT Adam Romano. Besides basic service and oil changes, I have had several M Performance Parts (exhaust, etc.) installed. I shopped around the price and Adam beat every other dealer by a fair margin, and the work was completed on time without any issue. More

Great communicator I recently brought in my 2016 X1 cuz the car told me that the brake pads needed to be replaced. My service advisor Jonathan Szypot also informed me t I recently brought in my 2016 X1 cuz the car told me that the brake pads needed to be replaced. My service advisor Jonathan Szypot also informed me that my wheel alignment needed to be done as well as a fuel injection flush. He didn't put any pressure on me to get either and was very quick to answer my questions about the alignment. He was also good about texting me with the status of my car. More

They consistently provide excellent service, accurate estimates, quick turnaround, terrific loaner cars and do everything they can to make sure the customer is completely satisfied. While all their service advisors are outstanding, one in particular shines out as the very best, Adam Romano. He makes certain to keep in touch during the repair visit, always looks out for the customer's needs and double checks that the BMW technicians have done an excellent and thorough job on the car. He is also friendly, kind, and a class act all the way. A+ to Rallye BMW and A+++ to Adam Romano. Keep up the great work! More
Poor Diagnostic Skill and No Customer Service After my last experience here my question to anyone considering servicing (or buying) their car at Rallye would be: Why? I have bought my BMWs exc After my last experience here my question to anyone considering servicing (or buying) their car at Rallye would be: Why? I have bought my BMWs exclusively from Rallye for fifteen (15) years and recently my car, subsequent to an accident, was brought into their service facility to have a fault diagnosed. Not only did they have to keep the car almost two weeks (granted, with a Holiday weekend in the middle) to figure out what was wrong but they refused to give me a loaner (so I ended up paying over $1000 out of pocket to Enterprise Rent-A-Car). I was told that because the Auto Body shop brought the car in there was nothing they could do for me. I pointed out that I was in the exact same situation a few years ago when my car was brought to Bayside BMW to diagnose a similar fault. Bayside figured it out in a few days and fell all over themselves to give me a loaner despite the fact I hadn't bought a single car from them! Perhaps Bayside, despite being (supposedly) a smaller dealers, has the resources Rallye lacks? These are the facts, I have no loyalty to any dealer except one that treats me appropriately. If you want a BMW I don't know why you'd take the chance of being treated like this. More

Fast & Efficient Service I brought my vehicle in to be serviced and was seen immediately. I went over everything that was wrong with my vehicle with Jonathan and then he asked I brought my vehicle in to be serviced and was seen immediately. I went over everything that was wrong with my vehicle with Jonathan and then he asked me if I would like to be texted with updates on my vehicles status. I, of course, replied "Yes" and I thought this was a terrific way to commute since I would be at work waiting for my vehicle to be finished. He recommended services that should be performed on the vehicle. I went to pick my vehicle up and the process was smooth - my car came right out all washed inside and out. Thanks to Jonathan, I have a superb experience at Rallye BMW. More
