TAKEN FOR GRANTED Don't feel I got the service and courtesy that I deserved for being a very loyal customer for many years. I have leased/purchased three x3 and have not had any unpleasant situations until this last experience a few weeks ago. My take, I felt I was easy sale why waste time with details. I am very unhappy with how I was treated when I picked up my car and was shoved out the door with barely any car details explained to me. On way out I was asked if I wanted car mats....salesman said he would have them sent to my home next day...of course that did not happened...even though I said I was leaving town for a month. When called after days late . He told me I could pick them up myself...no guarantees on delivery . Turns out they ended up thrown almost on sidewalk of my home. ..instead of front porch where I requested. Have not much anomosity toward dealership, more toward attiude of employee. More

Excellent Repair Work I arrived with my BMW for repair at Rallye one morning and I was impressed with their operation.
