We thought he was very pleasant, honest and straightforward. He walked us through the options available and we were very happy with the price and process. Sol Pak, the business manager was great as he took us through the paperwork and he offered and explained to us additional options, but never tried to sell anything. When we picked up the car we met with Terrance Palmer, the BMW Genius who walked us through the operations of the car and all it’s features and infotainment center. He was very patient with us and showed us all that it can do. It was clear that everyone was happy at work at Rallye and I will recommend it to anyone looking for a BMW. More

My experience with Brandon Tibblals was excellent as always. We are long time customers of Rallye BMW and lease 3 cars from Rallye. I went to Rally for a very badly damaged tire but need the car repaired fast. We are long time customers of Rallye BMW and lease 3 cars from Rallye. I went to Rally for a very badly damaged tire but need the car repaired fast. Had the i3 towed to Rally then called Brandon Tibbals to to explain the situation. Brandon went above and beyond the call of duty with getting the insurance and working with your technicians to get the car to me quickly and efficiently. Extremely great service. Thank you Rallye! Great customer service I brought my 535 for a tire repair. I was given a loaner and had the car back by the end of the day. My customer rep. Chy went above and beyond. Came for a flat tire- Got car back 4 days later I arrived early in the morning, I was notified that I needed all new tires and a recall service, which I approved right away. I was given a loaner (t I arrived early in the morning, I was notified that I needed all new tires and a recall service, which I approved right away. I was given a loaner (that was very uncomfortable) which I wound up having to use that day, the whole weekend and on Monday. I was told that the car was not going to be ready after calling several times to reach Carol. Since it was so difficult to reach her, I wound up texting which worked better. If I reached anyone else, I was told no one else can answer my questions. After calling again several times to see what time I could pick up the car, I was told by Carol that there were too many tire jobs and no alignment person available on Saturday, (which should have been known on Friday) so I had to leave the car until Monday evening. While Carol did apologize, it did not make up for the inconvenience of not having my car the whole weekend. A small matter but the key ring I had bought from BMW was missing as well. More
