This is the third BMW we’ve gotten from Rallye and all due to George Javier. He had left for awhile and as soon as we saw he was back we went to Rallye. Chris was a MAJOR pain, rude and dishonest. All I needed was my service receipts and he continually lied about emailing them (we even confirmed my email address multiple times) and I had to drive to the dea was my service receipts and he continually lied about emailing them (we even confirmed my email address multiple times) and I had to drive to the dealership eventually to get a hand on them. Was just plain rude each time we spoke and not the service I expect from Rallye. Highly recommend avoiding his help since he can’t deliver quality. More
