I was very apprehensive about purchasing a car online, and out of state, but Robert made me feel very comfortable with the process. He was very patient, explained everything and made me feel perfectly at ease. There wasn't a thing he didn't do for me - EVERYTHING was taken care of when I arrived at the dealership. First we met Dylan Diaz, the Vehicle Exchange Specialist who was kind, attentive and welcoming. We looked over the car, and Dylan advised if I saw something wrong they would fix it before I left. Anthony Abreu was my assigned BMW Genius. He went over everything in the car, paired my phone to the car for my ride home, and ensured I was completely comfortable with the car. And that wasn't all folks! Last but not least, we met Vicki Sarocco, the Business Manager who was amazing beyond words! She made us feel like one of the family!
