Great experience! Also, the dealership makes great spec decisions on their cars--they have configurations that make sense. The add-ons are also of value--and the extended powertrain warranty is an incredible value-add, together with the lifetime oil changes. While these guys are a county over from me, I will look there first for my next Chevy. More

I don't normally write reviews but thought this might be helpful to those who value their time. First we had an appointment at 9am that took 3 weeks to get. W dropped the Suburban off at 8:30am, they didn' helpful to those who value their time. First we had an appointment at 9am that took 3 weeks to get. W dropped the Suburban off at 8:30am, they didn't get to our car for diagnosis until 4pm. After having the car for 2 days they sent us out with a diagnosis needing a part that they don't have and don't know when they can get. We were told "it could be a day or a month to get the part". They accomplished an oil and air filter change in 2 days and charged us $565. They are very nice when they are telling you how incompetent and inefficient they are. They are also very nice and sincere when they explain to you how your appointment really doesn't mean much at all. Not sure what else to say except the whole experience was an expensive waste of time, go somewhere else if you can. Also noteworthy- I've bought several company vehicles from quality chevrolet in recent years. I need more company vehicles soon and will be taking my business elsewhere. Thank you for reading. More

I took it in for transmission problem. They did not address the issue and never even test drove vihicle. They changed oil and fixed a warranty issue with rear upper break light.
