Came in to get oil changed and the service advisor noticed a possible issue with car which he had a technician look into. The technician found a problem and took care of it. All in a timely manner. The required add-ons ($6K) that are non-negotiable on top of the purchase price was a huge disappointment. Most notably, the required Reviver plate that has been a nightmare to configure, still not working a of the purchase price was a huge disappointment. This was a great experience. I brought the vehicle for its first service, and was told about two recalls of which I was unaware. It’s been hit and miss with this service center. My first advisor was great but I don’t think the technicians were competent. I’ve only had 2 interactions with my current advisor. The first was not great, but the second was much better. I need to bring my vehicle in for service and am dreading it but this is the closest dealership to me. We also have a Ram and their service center is much worse, so I am grateful that Quality Chevy is at least communicative. My assessment is they are great with minor things- oil changes, check engine light, etc. but for my complicated issues not as much. More
