Overall I was happy with the purchase of our new Bolt EV. It was the first day of the instant 7,500 credit and they were able to process it quickly. I was disappointed that the dealer "add-ons" were mandatory and not optional. The paint and interior protection at least required some labor (I think). But there was a theft protection charge that is basically only insurance if the car is stolen and certain other criteria are met. These are basically pure profit centers. I had negotiated a good price so the deal was still acceptable, but the web price was not transparent about the need to purchase the add ons. More
