Somehow managed to make a sub-3K car cost over 4.5K BEFORE OPTIONS. Kept lying to our faces, and making things up that were easily proved untrue. Bait and switched us all the way to the end. xxxxty computer equipment from 2003 does not help your credibility either. And when we informed them how rapidly they were burning though their ability for us to believe a word they said, they DOUBLED DOWN. Threats about "being sorry" when "you'll never find a better deal" were one of the last straws, especially since we already had a better price found at a different location, which we've now already successfully followed up on. Avoid these fraudsters at all costs, unless you're looking for a seminar on how to completely erode customer trust! More

Lack of communication! Truck took over a month to get parts and do the repair after 2 different times of taking it in to find the issue! I had been in contact with GM corporate about this matter and they called me every three days for 3 weeks to help resolve the issue of a faulty torque converter in a newer truck with 24 k miles on it! My entire experience was professional and accommodating from start to finish. Kathleen, the Service Advisor was very informative and extremely considerate and while also making my necessary repair in a tim from start to finish. Overall I was happy with the purchase of our new Bolt EV. It was the first day of the instant 7,500 credit and they were able to process it quickly. I was disappointed that the dealer "add-ons" were mandatory and not optional. The paint and interior protection at least required some labor (I think). But there was a theft protection charge that is basically only insurance if the car is stolen and certain other criteria are met. These are basically pure profit centers. I had negotiated a good price so the deal was still acceptable, but the web price was not transparent about the need to purchase the add ons. More
