I had an oil change scheduled and called in the morning to price out tires as well. I was out on hold for a long period of time and hung up. I tried calling a little while later again to check tire prices. to price out tires as well. I was out on hold for a long period of time and hung up. I tried calling a little while later again to check tire prices. I spoke with another person who started looking up prices. Before he got to the price the phone disconnected. He had my info but did not call me back. Came in later and service writer did not even make eye contact asked for my keys to get info from my truck. Said it would be done in about 90 minutes. In the lobby the cashier called for me and I picked up my vehicle and left. Had no other interaction with my service advisor. No recommended services. Nothing. Very disappointed and will be purchasing my tires from someone else. More
