Received my truck back and found grease spots in numerous areas. The quarter panel where a mechanic leaned into motor area was all smudged and dirty. Had to make the appointment so they could order the parts for a recall. Made my appointment on time and was told "1 week" because they had to order the parts for the recall. 1 week later, "we'll have it done for a recall. Next week, "gonna be a couple more days. 3 and a half weeks later, "might be tomorrow because there's a vehicle here that's been here longer than yours." I told them I was gonna pick up the truck until they could find time to fix it. So they fixed it and I got it back on day 24. Very frustrating and disappointing. More
