Unfortunately it has been a pretty miserable experience every time I take my vehicle in. The service department treats customers like they are a disruption in their day instead of the reason for it. Came in for lifetime oil change. Service writer said it would be finish in 1 hour 30 minutes up to 2 hours. He told me he would call me when finished. I went walking waiting for his Service writer said it would be finish in 1 hour 30 minutes up to 2 hours. He told me he would call me when finished. I went walking waiting for his call. I checked in after 1 hour and 30 minutes and he said my truck was ready. I asked the cashier how long was she waiting for me to pick up my truck. She informed me that it was finished 20 minutes earlier. No call from service writer and he knew I was in a hurry. Went out to my truck and the front seat was covered in plastic and it had the paper floor mat as well. I had to take the plastic and paper mat out of my truck and throw it away. Lack of customer service by the service writer. No call from him when truck was finished. No attention to detail when he left the mechanics plastic cover and paper floor mat in the truck. More
