I brought my 2022 Silverado in for a broken auto start button. Wanted a service guy to look if it needed a new button or can be click back into place. I was told to setup an appointment. So did to come ba button. Wanted a service guy to look if it needed a new button or can be click back into place. I was told to setup an appointment. So did to come back and be told that you would need to order a new button. Waited for the button to be order. I had to call back and see if it was in or not a couple weeks later.Part was confirmed in so set up another appointment to get it fixed.Brought truck back replaced button and then was told bezel was broken during installation. I was told to bring it back when new bezel arrived. Got my truck home and none of the lights worked on the buttons on that assembly. Brought back for yet another appointment and was there all day to find out that couldn’t find the problem with the lights.Also got called at 5:15 when shuttle wasn’t running so I had to spend money to uber back to get my truck.Then was told to bring it back to have an electrical expert look at it.Also asked to have the emergency brake inspected.But didn’t hear anything about if it was looked at or not.So my truck was in there for over 9 days and I am very disappointed in my experience here at quality Chevrolet of escondido More
