Yadhira was absolutely the best, most conscientious and helpful sales person. She answered my call to go physically check the Equinox I was interested in to verify it had the features I wanted before dri helpful sales person. We had a problem with the cooling fan staying on after the engine was turned off. The outside temperature was cool so the fan should not have been running. A check of the temperature gauge showed no temp the engine was turned off. The outside temperature was cool so the fan should not have been running. A check of the temperature gauge showed no temperature at all. The fan would run for about fifteen minutes after the engine was off. I asked for the soonest appointment on January 17th and was given an appointment scheduled for January 31st. Once again, I called and talked to Bill Smigiel and asked for help. He said that I could bring the car in on January 17th, and he would try to get it into service as soon as possible. At this time, we only had one car. We brought it in on January 17th. Bill called us on Saturday the 20th and said that the car was fixed and that we could pick it up. Bill has been my service consultant ever since I bought the car in 2018. He has always gone above and beyond to help me whenever my car needs service. I always ask for him. He will explain everything to me so that I can understand what is happening. He always provides excellent customer service from start to finish. He is an asset to the dealership and to GM. More
