Stay away! Trust me. DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE, the sales manager is so rude!!!! We made an appointment with an Internet sales then went to the shop. The Internet sales w DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE, the sales manager is so rude!!!! We made an appointment with an Internet sales then went to the shop. The Internet sales was nice, so we went on telling him the deal we are hoping to get. Then he said he has to check with his manager. Few minutes later a guy at 50s-60s (last name Chang as we could remember) came back with the Internet sales. The manager started with "so are you going to buy the car TODAY?" We said we have to see how good the deal is, as this is just our first stop. Then he said if you are not going to buy the car today there's no deal, come when you are really buying one. We said we are very serious buyer and we need to get a new car before end of this month (which is just 3 days away). Then he started to "educate" us saying if we are not serious considering buying, no deal will be revealed, and gave us an "don't waste my time" attitude. I was quite pissed at that time for being treated so rude but I didn't say anything. At last he turned to the Internet sales and said "They are not buying a car today for sure, it's not gonna happen. Just follow up with them to see when they are really getting one then schedule an appointment with them" and left without saying goodbye or thank you or even look at us. Before we go to this shop few friends have already told us it's the worst Toyota dealer ever. Now we know and seriously NOT recommend anyone going to this shop!! More

As soon as you approach the desk of the greeters they get right on the intercom making whoever you are schedule to meet with aware that you have arrived. The finance experience was quick, thorough and comfortable. I didn't have the documents I needed and to keep me from driving back and fourth they were able to lend me a computer. I would definitely recommend this dealership and I have already given out the business cards of the gentle men who sold me the vehicle Ray Alvarez. He is great, Nancy was fantastic and Ted was amazing!! LET PUENTE HILLS TOYOTA PUT YOU IN YOUR NEXT VEHICLE! More
