Ehhhhh My father came to the dealership to fix a power steering leak and to perform major maintenance interval. It was an expensive repair, but then again it was at a dealership. As a customer, you can expect to pay more at a dealership to handle the repair with the correct parts and expertise. Unfortunately, we had the misfortune of having them perform an alignment on my vehicle. This dealership did not print out an alignment spec sheet, but they stated that the vehicle was "aligned to factory specifications." After driving my vehicle and sending it to my trusted alignment shop, I was told that the vehicle needed shims and caliper bolts to correct the alignment. In short Toyota did not have the parts to correctly perform an alignment on our vehicle, but they charged us for an alignment that could not be performed correctly. To add insult to injury, they charged the cost of a four wheel alignment for a two wheel alignment, as the rear two wheels cannot be adjusted without the use of aftermarket shims. Do not take your vehicle here for alignment. As you will risk the stability of the vehicle, longevity of my tires, and the safety of the driver. Take it to a reputable alignment shop that will supply the proper parts and will take the time to adjust your alignment properly. More
