My husband and I bought a car a week ago, and for the most part, our experience was positive. Our salesperson, Sasha Milan, was courteious, knowledgeable, helpful and very patient. Our only complaint was once we decided which car we were buying, and paying cash, took much too long. Sasha did apologize for the delay, even offered to buy us lunch but never gave us an explanation why it was taking so long. We found out later through the Sales Manager, Scott, that there were six sales and only two finance guys. Next time, Sasha, tell us why the delays. More

Work was done will little to no effort. Service was delayed on two separate occasions even considering the damage was that significant to have such a slow turn around time. Had to take it to another To delayed on two separate occasions even considering the damage was that significant to have such a slow turn around time. Had to take it to another Toyota dealership to have them run a diagnostic only to find out that the work done here was not completed properly. Not to mention that I had to pay 191 dollars out of my own pocket. Top it all, every staff member had horrible etiquette and bad customer service. More

I was directed to Puente Hills Toyota via Costco. There I met Nicholas Canova. Nicholas helped me find the model that I wanted equipped the way I wanted. My wife and I recently purchased a 2020 Camry SE from Puente Hills Toyota and we were extremely pleased with our buying experience. Our Car Salesman was Alex Lim and his associate Ali and they were aweso Puente Hills Toyota and we were extremely pleased with our buying experience. Our Car Salesman was Alex Lim and his associate Ali and they were awesome!!! Alex and Ali communication with us throughout the process was excellent and they went out of way to make our buying experience a great one. I cannot express enough the way Alex and Ali payed attention to our car needs and how smoothly the process went. The absolute excellent overall service that we received for both of them. We had a remarkable experience from start to finish at Puente Hills Toyota. The Salesman who helped us, Alex Lim, was exceedingly pleasant and cordial from the first interaction with us. We walked onto the show room but never said that we were looking to buy a new car were just "shopping around." Even with no guarantee of a sale, Alex stuck with us as we looked at different models of Camry's with diverse options. He never once pressured us to buy anything and was well-versed about our choice of the Camry SE model and features. Alex communicated with us throughout the process was outstanding and he went out of the way to make our buying experience a great one. He demonstrated in depth knowledge of the vehicle itself, the manufacturer, and Camry's history. Buying a car can be frustrating at times, but working with the right people makes the process more pleasant. Having been fortunate enough to have Alex who is very upfront and knowledgeable guide us through the process was what made our experience excessive enough to recommend him in particular and Puente Hills Toyota to others. Financial Manager Kim Simms was great to work with as well detailing all of the purchase options and financing. Alex Lim and Ali spent a lot of time working to make sure we knew and understood all the features, systems, apps, and various buttons of the car before driving it off the lot and that we were happy with everything. He was genuinely concern that we were totally satisfied with the car and service. Alex, in my humble opinion, exemplify what a true sincere salesperson/consultant specialist should be. Alex is a role model extraordinaire!!! More

Puente Hills Toyota staff are kind and have helpful salespeople. I purchased my 2020 Toyota Camry Hybrid through Costco auto purchasing and Enio Jaimes, my salesperson was exceptionally helpful and pat salespeople. I purchased my 2020 Toyota Camry Hybrid through Costco auto purchasing and Enio Jaimes, my salesperson was exceptionally helpful and patient in the 100+ degree heat as I changed from my original objective of purchasing a Highlander to a Camry. I would say, that due to COVID-19, I was more nervous than at other times, but Enio put my mind at ease and really went above and beyond. I would work with him again in a heartbeat. I reduce to 4 stars due to my experience with a manager who may have had a bad day. More

Accommodating and Understanding Staff (Namely Charles Sun!) I'm writing this review because I was blown away by how helpful the sales people were and how well we were treated at this Toyota location. More speci I'm writing this review because I was blown away by how helpful the sales people were and how well we were treated at this Toyota location. More specifically, I want to give a big thank you and shout out to Charles Sun. My mother and I were looking for a new camry and Charles took us under his wing and was extremely thorough and patient when explaining the benefits of the car as why we should consider buying this particular vehicle relative to others. Considering the circumstances of the pandemic he could have brushed us off and refused to help meet our needs as customers, but instead he took the time and to see to it that our concerns were addressed and was willing to help us settle on a price that was affordable and fair. I will definitely refer my friends and family to this dealership and to Charles specifically. He helped us get what we needed with the professionalism and understanding that I have yet to see from any other dealership. More
