When we got out of our car he asked how he could help us. We advised him we were working with Lupe via email. He took us in and got us in touch with our sales consultant Enio Jaimes. Enio was very excellent, friendly, knowledgeable and took great care of us. We were the last sale of the night and he waited until he could hand us our keys before he went home. The 2019 RAV4 we purchased was very clean and the gas tank was filled up. Jose Diaz in finance was excellent as well. He really treated us like a member of his family. He made sure we were taken care of. I thought I was being financed by one company but to my surprise I was actually financed with Toyota Finance. Jose did promise us he would get us with the best finance company and he did. Thank you so much Puente Hills Toyota!!! We will defiantly come back to purchase again!! More
