Puente Hills Toyota staff are kind and have helpful salespeople. I purchased my 2020 Toyota Camry Hybrid through Costco auto purchasing and Enio Jaimes, my salesperson was exceptionally helpful and pat salespeople. I purchased my 2020 Toyota Camry Hybrid through Costco auto purchasing and Enio Jaimes, my salesperson was exceptionally helpful and patient in the 100+ degree heat as I changed from my original objective of purchasing a Highlander to a Camry. I would say, that due to COVID-19, I was more nervous than at other times, but Enio put my mind at ease and really went above and beyond. I would work with him again in a heartbeat. I reduce to 4 stars due to my experience with a manager who may have had a bad day. More

My mother and I were looking for a new camry and Charles took us under his wing and was extremely thorough and patient when explaining the benefits of the car as why we should consider buying this particular vehicle relative to others. Considering the circumstances of the pandemic he could have brushed us off and refused to help meet our needs as customers, but instead he took the time and to see to it that our concerns were addressed and was willing to help us settle on a price that was affordable and fair. I will definitely refer my friends and family to this dealership and to Charles specifically. He helped us get what we needed with the professionalism and understanding that I have yet to see from any other dealership. More
