I had a routine service on 9/30/25 and Tom Anderson told me that I have 2 recalls which need 2 days to fix them and just schedule it as the parts are available. I schedule the recall service on 9/30/25 and dropped off.my car. The technician told me only one recall can be done today because inly one part is available. But then Tom Anderson called and said the parts are not ready and I need to pick up my car. It was waste of my time and it was unefficient and unprofessional from Toyota service department. More
