A done deal. I walked into this tourist dealership with my mind set on walking out with a Toyota 4Runner. However the cards didn't align that day, being a first time buyer- I didn't meet the requirements for the financing process. Derrick Bates, the representative who helped us, was patient and even went as far as to bring the finance manager out to explain why I wouldn't be able to get the car and suggested a different car. Eventually, I found a RAV4 and with a better deal. Came in and left within 3 hours. I appreciate the work these guys do here at Puente Hills Toyota, especially Derrick " Done Deal" Bates.
