Derrick Bates, the representative who helped us, was patient and even went as far as to bring the finance manager out to explain why I wouldn't be able to get the car and suggested a different car. Eventually, I found a RAV4 and with a better deal. Came in and left within 3 hours. I appreciate the work these guys do here at Puente Hills Toyota, especially Derrick " Done Deal" Bates.
