Outstanding is the best word to describe my experience with Puente Hills Toyota. After a disastrous visit to my local Toyota dealer where they wasted my time and patience, I decided to try PHT. As he handled the paperwork, he also treated my friend and I to free lunch at the Subway Restaurant conveniently located inside the dealership. I left feeling totally confident in decision, since I understood exactly what I was signing! I even had the opportunity to meet Scott Peterson the Sales Manager and Nick Cardin the General Manager. They were both so friendly and welcoming and made me feel like a VIP. Nick even answered my questions about the benefit of leasing vs. buying and really helped me to understand the process.
