Very friendly, staff with great environment for purchasing the vehicle. Kids do not enjoy being at dealership, however with entertainments that they have set up for children, it was much smooth tr purchasing the vehicle. I don't enjoy going to car dealership since it will take minimum 6 hours to come to agreement, but 4 hours was faster than what we expected. I love the 2 years toyota care program that they featured will save me some money. Since I got my vehicle on raining day, I will be going back for detail work on my car. I gave up my QX 56 for Toyota Sienna, so hopely service will be smooth as the purchase. More

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had found a particular car I was interested in online and contacted the dealership directly. I was put in touch with Ike Padre who assured me he would take excellent care of me. I live 2 and a half hours away and was very specific on what I wanted. (Mind you I do live within 20 minutes of 2 Toyota dealerships and passed several more on my way.) Ike was very persistent, as most sales men are trying to get me in the dealership right away. My time is very limited as I work 50+ hours a week, attend school full time, and am a wife and mother of 2. I wanted to ensure that my time was not going to be wasted driving such a far distance. I was in touch with Ike Padre over the phone and agreed to meet him within 3 days of our initial conversation. We even spoke twice on the day I drove down there before I actually left. Once I finally got to the dealership and met Ike, I was informed that the car I was interested in had been sold the night before...REALLY??? This could not have been addressed at an earlier time? Why could the car not have a "sale pending sticker" on it? If that is not something they do, then fine understandable. At the very least knowing the distance I was driving and that I was only interested in one specific car, I should have been notified that it was no longer available during one of conversations we had that day! But no, the typical car sales man that puts a bad name out there for the honest man trying to make a living, did not care about his customer and thought he would get me to settle on another car if I showed up. Absolutely not! I am not about to give this company my business nor will I recommend to any friend or family member. More

After I graduated college on the east coast, I got a job here in LA. Once I had settled in, it was time to upgrade from my old POS car I had been driving since the beginning of college, and into something t here in LA. The problem was that since I had just graduated college, I didn't have a credit history. My credit score wasn't bad, I just had no history. I had always enjoyed the look of the first generation Scion tC, and the 2011 tCs were even better. So I looked through this site to find the best Toyota/Scion dealer in LA. Puente Hills was at the top of the list, and for good reason. Within hours of inquiring about a new tC online, I got a call from Gilbert Saralegui. He didn't care about my lack of credit history, he was determined to put me into the car I wanted. So I came in the next day to look at what they had in stock. Gilbert and Greg Kern worked extremely hard to try to get me into a new 2011 tC. When it became clear that because of my credit history it wasn't going to happen, they immediately had the solution. I ended up with a certified pre-owned 2008 tC in exactly the same color I wanted. The financing was exactly where I wanted it. They were extremely helpful throughout the process. They even helped me get a temporary insurance policy when my current insurance agency was clearly trying to rip me off over the phone. Throughout two test drives, hours of paperwork, and having to drive an hour back to my house to pick up a check, Gilbert was extremely friendly. Even when I has having trouble coming up with paperwork to establish my residency(having just moved to LA), he was extremely patient. It was a better experience that I could have possible hoped for, and I am extremely happy with my car. When I eventually get my next car, I'm going to Puente Hills Toyota. More

A month ago I bough a Toyota Camry with 36,000 miles and it was the best experience possible. Before going to Puente Hills, I went to five other dealerships looking and different cars. I even sat down and it was the best experience possible. Before going to Puente Hills, I went to five other dealerships looking and different cars. I even sat down and talked numbers with two of them. Their sales tactics were aggressive and the whole experience felt slimy. I went into one dealership with an advertised 0.9% financing. That some how got lost and they tried to sell me a car at 6.9% saying I didn't 'enough' good credit. It wasn't until I got feed up and left that the next day they emailed me that they could get me the 0.9% financing that I wanted. I hate playing games so I didn't bother going back. I finally found Puente Hills through usedcars.com. There was a lot information about the car available online, including a ton of photos, carfax and a description. Knowing which car I wanted and the price I wanted it for, I set up a test drive. When I got there the next day, they didn't play any games. The car I wanted was available. It was listed at the price I wanted and the loan I got was better than I found anywhere else. The best thing I can say is that if felt like Greg Kern was working with me to get a deal on this car. One example is the trade in with my old Pontiac. He asked me if I had any other offers on the car. I did and he told me to keep it to myself. If he could get me a better deal, than great. If not he would use that offer to match it. I enjoyed buying my car from Greg Kern. He was enjoyable to talk with. He walked me through the paperwork answering any questions I had. At no time did I feel pressured. We simply agreed on the numbers, filled out the paperwork and I was able to drive off in my new (to me) Camry. A week after I bought the car a question came up about the nitrogen in the tires. I called Greg and left a message. He got back to me within minutes and although he didn't know the answer, he got me in touch with the service department which answered my questions and very helpful. More
