They restored my confidence in what a dealership should be, and having the right personnel to make the buying experience enjoyable. I spoke with Ray Alvarez who is the Internet/Fleet Manager who made the purchase easy. As he handled the paperwork, he also treated my friend and I to free lunch at the Subway Restaurant conveniently located inside the dealership. She explained all of the ins and outs of leasing to me in great detail and made me feel completely comfortable asking questions. I left feeling totally confident in decision, since I understood exactly what I was signing! I even had the opportunity to meet Scott Peterson the Sales Manager and Nick Cardin the General Manager. They were both so friendly and welcoming and made me feel like a VIP. Nick even answered my questions about the benefit of leasing vs. buying and really helped me to understand the process.
