My dad, my brother, and I were shopping and came across Puente Hills dealership. When we arrived, many Sales Representatives were standing outside and I asked them if they have a Chinese/Cantonese Sales Re Puente Hills dealership. One of the Sales Representatives took us directly to Sam Truong. We sat down and discussed what we are looking for. We told him that we are looking to purchase a Gray Metallic NEW Toyota Camry LE 2012. He then checked the computer, grabbed a key, and took us outside to the lot to look for the New Toyota Camry LE 2012. He showed us the vehicle and demonstrated what NEW features on the 2012 Camry. After that, I took a test drive on the car and when I got back to the lot, I asked him if I can pick another NEW Camry 2012 and he was fine with it. Then we went inside his (Sam) office to discuss the deal. The price was firmed. When we finally agreed on the deal, he processed our paperwork. He sent the paperwork to the finance office who we met Ted Collins. Ted was very helpful and nice into getting me a lower interest rate by running a second credit check. He discussed the paperwork very well in detail. When I do not understand on something; he was very polite and explained to me again. An excellent nice person. Ted and Sam both discounted me an extra $500 because I am a recent graduated in college. When Ted finished the finance paperwork, Sam came out to do a checkout checklist where he explains all the details for the NEW 2012 Camry features once again. He is such a great and very initiative person, going extra miles in explaining to me again. Not like other Sales Representatives, after they completed the transaction, they would just hand you a key, leaving you to drive off without giving you more information about the car. At the end, Sam handed my NEW Camry 2012 key and we did our last handshake and drove away happy. We highly recommend this dealership and looking forward to refer all relatives and friends to this dealership. Sam Truong was nice. He has an excellent personality and easy to talk to. Bought my 2nd Scion TC from Calvin Mann and everything was done over the phone and email. I bought many Toyota(s) before for both my company and my family. I had never purchased a car from this dealer before even though my company it's down the street but this time i was recommended to this deale family. The sales process & pricing was great since they were able to match a quote from Longo. However, the bad experience happened when we were in finance department. Like all other dealerships, they always try to up-sale in warranties and services and like always, i never buy any of them. His attitude immediately changed then the dealer want me to pay the 3% credit card charge if i use my credit card for my down payment...ARE YOU KIDDING ME????? Oh, and this is after i signed the contract!!! More

We had visited several dealerships this week. We met Ray Alvarez, Internet/Fleet Manager. What a breath of fresh air. He knew his product thoroughly and he never knocked his competition. We had a long-standing relationship with another local Toyota dealership. When we asked them for a certain color and we were told they didn't have it in stock and their policy was not to search or trade for what we wanted. Ray quickly put a deal together for us that was more than fair. We did our homework. He has personal integrity and attention to detail. What more can you ask for in a sales professional?? He got us 0% financing when we thought we had no hope of qualifying. A real thorough sales person. He will be outs first choice from this point forward. We rarely write reviews or "thank you" notes, but Ray certainly deserves one. Thank you Ray!! More
Calvin Man was the first dealer to come and initiate a talk with us. We talked about the Prius 3 with Sunroof package we wanted. Afterwards, we spoke to him about his experiences with this model and the pros/cons of the vehicle. We were then directed to Sam Truong, who after performing a credit check, described to us about our vehicle's history, its features and abilities, and the price. We did change our mind to lease a Prius 2, but both Sam and Calvin didn't seem to have a problem with that. We managed to reach a price level that both parties were content with, without any problems or issues. When we came to pick the Prius 2 up, Calvin agreed to have the car washed and polished before handing the vehicle over to us. And before we drove off, Sam gave us the full run-through of the cars features. He also instructed us on how to take care of the car, making sure that we won't run into any problems in the future. Sim Luu helped us out a lot and put my parents at ease because he was able me and this was the only place that had decent used cars for a fair price. He gave us his honest opinion about which car would be better for me and was extremely patient with us. We went home happy with a Toyota Camry. I highly recommend this dealership! More

I met Sim Luu at Puente Hills Toyota and asked about the 2011 Highlander. He performed a sales walk and explained the vehicle features in full detail, then test drove. Sim was very personable and I was at ease. I also met up with the Sales Manager - both were professional, and felt very little sales pressure. I came back with my wife to test drive, she loved it, we ended up purchasing the 2011 Highlander the same day with an awesome deal. This makes it my 6th Toyota, and will be a repeat customer with Puente Hills Toyota. More
