From the first contact to the minute before I drove my new car off the lot, everything was smooth. Greg was very down to earth and honest. Very little pressure to buy. I was comfortable the entire time I was there. Their ability to finance poor credit with great APR left me very pleased, as did some of the added bonuses tacked on. The car itself is beautiful; certified used and in pristine condition. So far, I couldn't be happier. The experience was like night and day compared to where I bought my last car (Team Chevrolet in Pasadena which has since closed down...probably for the better). I am glad I came to Puente Hills Toyota and...ultimately, just glad I bought a Toyota, period. I'd recommend this place and Greg to anyone! More

I brought along my parents to take a look at the new Prius on a late Monday evening. He took the time to give us a test drive and made the process very easy since he is a Prius owner himself. I got the price that I was looking for and was quite happy. I was prepared for the worst when dealing with a dealership, given all the horror stories out there, but Puente Hills was the opposite of that. Perhaps since they're smaller in comparison to some of the other bigger Toyota dealers in the So Cal area, they work harder and it shows. Highly recommended dealership, it's a hidden gem off the 60 freeway. Sim Luu was a big reason for that! More
