I started my internet purchase with Byron Powell, and everything was just fine. Then I was turned over to Greg Kern, and it all turned sour. Greg is a typical fast-talking car salesman. He told me I could not get my car with the options I wanted "in this region." Seems that is because the options I wanted weren't in stock there just then, but the one he wanted to sell me WAS in stock. I found out too late that there were two of what I wanted in stock at another dealership nearby. Shame on me for believing him. He has a genius for projecting the aura of respectable credibility while engaging in the most outrageous untruths. I loved the car I traded in, but had to get a Sienna to accommodate a motorized scooter I need to get around on since I am handicapped. It's surely the last car I will ever purchase at my age, and I will think unkindly of Greg Kern for duping me until the day I die. I'll bet he doesn't care, though....... He got another sale!!!! More

MY WIFE AND I WERE EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE! WE DROVE 2 HOURS TO BUY A 2012 CERTIFIED USED CAR WE FOUND ON THE INTERNET. WE WERE PROMPTLY GREETED BY A VERY COURTEOUS SALESMAN, BUYING EXPERIENCE! WE DROVE 2 HOURS TO BUY A 2012 CERTIFIED USED CAR WE FOUND ON THE INTERNET. WE WERE PROMPTLY GREETED BY A VERY COURTEOUS SALESMAN, IKE PADRE, BUT THEN IT ALL WENT BAD. I HAD TO TELL HIM THE PRICE OF THE CAR WE WANTED...WHAT KIND OF HONEST PROFESSIONAL DOES THAT? THEN HE TOLD US OUR TRADE, A 2008 COROLLA, WAS WORTH 2000 DOLLARS, OR BASICALLY, 4000 DOLLARS LESS THAN KBB SHOWED IT. THEN HE TOLD US OUR PAYMENT WOULD BE ALMOST TWICE WHAT I KNEW IT SHOULD BE. THESE ARE ALL VERY DIS-HONEST TACTICS USED BY SHADY DEALERS! WE TOLD HIM WE WERE NOT GOING TO BE ABLE TO MAKE A DEAL, SO HE WENT AND GOT SALES MANAGER MAX REZAI. I KNOW THEY HAVE TO PLAY THESE GAMES, SINCE I HAVE BOUGHT SEVERAL CARS AT AGE 55, BUT IT'S ALWAYS SO DEGRADING! AFTER A VERY LENGTHY VERBAL EXCHANGE, MAX DID BUMP THE TRADE TO 4000 AND LOWERED THE PAYMENT BY ALMOST 100 DOLLARS...SO NOW WE'RE GETTING SOMEWHERE. AFTER ABOUT ANOTHER 30-40 MINUTES OF HUMILIATING NEGOTIATING, WE DID REACH AN AGREEABLE DEAL. THE TERMS OF THE DEAL FINALLY ENDED-UP WHERE THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN TO BEGIN WITH. WE NEVER SAW OUR SALESMAN AGAIN, HE HAD GONE TO EAT! SO MY WIFE AND I WAITED PATIENTLY TO GO SIGN PAPERS, WHICH SHOULD HAVE HAPPENED WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME-FRAME...MAYBE 5 OR 10 MINUTES. WE WAITED NO LESS THAN 90 MINUTES TO GET INTO THE FINANCE OFFICE TO SIGN PAPERS...I WAS LIVID! WE GOT TO THE DEALERSHIP AT 4:30 PM, KNEW EXACTLY WHICH CAR WE WANTED, KNEW EXACTLY WHAT OUR TRADE WAS WORTH, AND KNEW APPROXIMATELY WHAT OUR PAYMENT SHOULD BE. WE ENDED-UP LEAVING AT 9:00 PM...WHICH IS WHEN THEY CLOSE! THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO REASON FOR SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL TREATMENT. More

I recently got my Sienna Van 2007 serviced at this dealership. I obtained an oil change and a 4 wheel alignment. I pointed out to the service tech. that one of the rear bulbs was out and that I was dealership. I obtained an oil change and a 4 wheel alignment. I pointed out to the service tech. that one of the rear bulbs was out and that I was not sure if it was the fuse or the bulb itself. When the service was completed, it was not mentioned in the invoice, nor did the service tech. mentioned it. Although the service tech. did a good job of explaining why I needed the four wheel alignment, no report was issued at the conclusion of the service other than a few lines in the invoice, indicating the alignment was performed and set to factory specs. The following day, I received an email from customer services. I replied that I was disappointed with the service, indicating my reasons. No response was provided either via email or telephone call. That's too bad since this dealer is close to my residence, and I doubt I will return. More

So we walked away out of principle and felt lied to and cheated. So I called back the next day and made another WIN/WIN Deal.And he told me he would save the car until the end of the day.So I went ALONG way to pick my friend up again.And we arrived in the evening .And he had just called before we got there and said everything was ready.So we got there, Say A Pray before going in there and he walks up to my car and says your really going to be mad at me.And he says The CARS NOT HERE .It went to a WHOLESALER .And there going to get it back. I GO IN AND RAISE HELL VERBALLY and was told that they couldn't get a hold of them.They asked us to sign a contract.and take another car home and they would deliver it tomorrow.HOW COULD WE EVEN TRUST THAT.I THINK THEY LIED AGAIN AND WE LEFT VERY UPSET AND LET DOWN.I have some ideas what happened to the vehicle we were PROMISED,But I'LL leave that up for YOU TO DECIDE. Ya know I've help a lot of good family and friends buy cars .And I've never been scammed like this before. PLEASE READ AND BELIEVE REVIEWS. It's hard enough to by a car as it is for most people.
