Sim Liu was a approachable and friendly. He greeted us right after my father, brother, and I got out of the car. I came for a Prius C and he showed the model right away. He was quick and effective. He took us for a ride and explained the difference between packets. I realize I did not like the compact Prius and asked to see the Prius. He was able to find the color I want and test drive it in less than 15 minutes. His ability to speak Mandarin and Cantonese allowed communication between him and my Father. It was like talking to a family member rather than a sales person. After finding the perfect car for me, he sat us immediately to discuss the contract. He knew where we were coming from; I was a recent college grad with loans still under her belt. After negotiating with the floor manager on the price, we closed the deal. He immediately got my car washed and fully pumped. Unfortunately the pump did not work, Sim asked me to come back in 2 days to refill the tank. He told me this a he was personally wiping down my new car. Attentive to details, quick, effective, approachable, friendly, knowledgeable, and a nice sense of humor are the qualities I would describe Mr. Sim Liu. I would recommend him to friends and family. More

My parents were looking to buy a new car. I took them to Longo. Sales guy didn't try working with my dad. He told my dad he had a party to go to. I called my ex husband who is a Master Mechanic for Toyota (at another Toyota dealer) He told me to take my parents to Puente Hills Toyota. As soon as we got there, we were greeted by Randolph. I told him we were interested in the Sequoia. Right away he asked questions getting a feel of what my parents were looking for. Took a test drive, gave us a little history of the area. That was cool. Randolph introduced us to his manager Max, between both of them they worked with my dad. The Sequoia was not on the lot. It was going to take 30 min to bring it from Long Beach. Mean while we were with Jose Diaz of Financing, he was also great. Explaining terms and extras (LoJack, coverage etc) in detail with my parents. Which my parents purchased. White Sequoia finally gets here!! I loved how we were treated. Randolph brought over a spanish speaking Sales person to help explain the gadgets and helped my dad sync his iPhone to bluetooth in the Sequoia. Danny, sales manager came out to congratulate my parents. Danny, Max, Jose,Randolph and the gentleman who spoke spanish (I apologize I didnt get his name) Thank you soooo much!!! It was a nightmare. Got an oil change at this dealership for my first time. Waited for about 1.5 hrs on a busy Saturday afternoon which is ok. The service at the Cashier was excellent. BUT the service dept. for my first time. Waited for about 1.5 hrs on a busy Saturday afternoon which is ok. The service at the Cashier was excellent. BUT the service dept. gave me a car wash WITHOUT asking my permission in the first place. I know this is an option at many dealerships. Here is the problem: After i got home, I found spider web scratches clearly visible all over the front hood of my 5 month old Toyota. I was devastated. I didn't even bother to check the roof and the rest of the body. I don't know what type of car wash they did on my car. Was it a machine wash with a gigantic BRUSH? Or was it the car wash guy didn't care about the new paint of customers' car, just scrub it like his enemy's car. ***I bet they wouldn't treat their showroom vehicles like this**** You are a authorized Toyota dealership and should know what you are doing. If I was asked to offer me a car wash, I definitely would've ask them if that was going be a machine wash or hand wash. I am going to take my car to get a $49.xx hand wax today. Hopefully, they can fix the spider web scratches. Since the service dept is closed, I will complain to the Service Manager and Toyota Corporate for this practice on Monday. What a bad experience! Prior to visiting the dealership, I went online looking for the exact car I wanted. I checked out 4 dealerships and called them. After speaking with Albert Sanchez he assured me he had the car I described. for the exact car I wanted. I checked out 4 dealerships and called them. After speaking with Albert Sanchez he assured me he had the car I described. I told him I did not want to go from dealer to dealer. I told him that my credit can pose a challenge in getting approved. He emailed me a credit application I filled it put and emailed it back to him. He was honest telling me my credit was a challenge but workable. I trusted him so I went straight to the dealership from work. After all was said and done, along with the help of Jose Diaz in finance I was able to drive out with the exact car I wanted with only half of the down payment I was prepared to pay. So Albert and Jose, Thank you..I love that new car smell and driving my brand new camry. More
