I started e-mailing Ray in May; we went back and forth with e-mails. I was looking for a vehicle and but did not want to go through the trouble of talking to sales people at the dealer, also I dislike wa with e-mails. My wife & I were shopping for a new car and had already been to several other dealerships. This is the only dealership where we did not feel pressured to buy. Jorge had the longest day, going all the way to El Cajon to retrieve our new vehicle. And we especially liked our first contact on the lot, Alex Torres, who warmly and graciously welcomed us to Puente Hills Toyota without any pressure or drama whatsoever. Scott Peterson, sales manager was very helpful in completing the arrangements and waited with us until our new vehicle arrived. Thanks Scott for renewing my interest in sport fishing. After two hours in the waiting room, I was told that they did not have a filter for my car. All I got for my gift certificate was a cookie, a car wash, two hours out of my life that I will never get back, & a stress headache. I went two blocks down the street to the Honda Dealer & got the car serviced. Guess that gift certificates are ignored. The manager said she would personally be sure that a filter was on hand if I made another appointment. However, I have lost all faith & hope in Toyota. So glad that I bought a Honda this time, not a Toyota. They never waste my time or lie to me. More
