We wanted to buy a mini-van, and decided to go to Puente Hills Toyota to check out the Sienna. We walked around the front entry and the showroom. There were several sales standing around, but no one came to help us. So we asked the front desk ladies to get someone to show us Sienna. After a few minutes, a sales person, Sam Chang, came out. We told him we were interested in Sienna. He asked us what trim we want. We told him we didn't know, and that's the reason we're there to see the difference between the trims. Sam Chang told us if we didn't know what we wanted, don’t expect them to show the car or test drive. They do not have time for you. He walked back to his office. We felt really disrespected and unwelcome. We asked for the manager and he got us a different sales person. The 2nd sales, Derek, was much more respectful and showed us the different trims and test drive. While waiting, we saw Sam Chang just standing and wondering around. Toyota has a program called Toyota cares. I guess Sam Chang at Puente Hills Toyota just cares if you buy from him. More

A great overall experience buying a new 2013 Toyota Corolla. The staff were really nice, especially the sales person Sim Luu and Max Rezai. I went here with the intention of getting a new car and the best possible value for my trade. After a couple of test drives (toyota camry, Rav 4.), I decided I would upgrade from a sedan to a economical SU the best possible value for my trade. Which might I add, is a much more visually appealing model than previous year's models. The overall value I got for my trade in worked out really well and in the end I was thrilled with the payment on the brand new Rav 4. The management and sales team was very helpful and friendly as well. If you're looking for a new Toyota, I would highly recommend considering the Puente Hills location. You won't be dissapointed!
